In February 2018, the New London Housing Authority Board of Commissioners voted to contract with Imagineers, LLC for property management services. Imagineers, LLC is a Connecticut-based housing services company that manages condominiums, rental property, and housing programs. They also renovate and maintain housing in the State. They employ over 150 of the brightest, capable employees. More than half of those employees are long term employees.
With the arrival of Imagineers, LLC in March of 2018, the Housing Authority began its transformation. Accountability is monumental with Imagineers and since they have come on board, the Housing Authority of the City of New London has undergone many changes, all positive and continues to evolve into the best it can be. The future is bright for the Housing Authority and its residents.
